Will Leader
Founder & Managing Director
BCom, PGDip. in Finance & Management from the University of Otago, New Zealand. He has extensive experience in Banking & Insurance. He began his career at General Electric (USA) where he qualified as a Six Sigma Black Belt before working for Citigroup in Internal Audit. Will was a Senior Manager at Xchanging outsourcing the Lloyds of London Insurance Market before moving to LloydsTSB as a Director in firstly Corporate & then Retail Banking. He has most recently held consulting roles at Deutsche Bank & GlobalCapital. Will is also a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst & served as a Commissioned Officer in the British Army.

Uffe Bundgaard-Jørgensen
Chairman
Ph.D. in economics and operations research from University of Copenhagen and Danish Technical University 1974. He has lectured in Economics for many years at the University of Copenhagen, and worked as a consultant for the World Bank and DANIDA in South America, Asia and Africa. Uffe was previously a member of the Board of Directors of EVCA. He is partner in the Gate2Growth.com advisory services for entrepreneurs and companies seeking financing. Uffe runs a Private Equity training program conducted on behalf of Malta Enterprise and is a member of the Danish Academy of Technical Sciences.

Michael Chittenden

Dip Tch, B Ed, M Ed Admin obtained his Diploma of Teaching in New Zealand. He then went on to obtain his Bachelor of Education in psycholinguistics in Western Australia. He later graduated in South Australia where he received his Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration before obtaining a Master of Educational Administration from Deakin University, Victoria. Michael’s experience has included many senior leadership responsibility posts in diverse ranges of circumstances and countries including: He is currently Headmaster of St Edward’s College, Malta where he has successfully implemented a number of significant changes.

Patrik Larsson
Technology Manager
A graduate in Interactive Media and Communication. He has spent his working life focused on
Online Media, Software Architecture and the Strategic Application of Information Technology.
Patrik’s initial experience was focused on market survey software, deployed to large
players in both private and public sectors in Sweden. He then moved to Malta where he managed
the Web Department of an Advertising Company deploying infrastructure solutions and websites
to large and small private and state-owned organisations.
